GMHS MANIMAJRA celebrated International Yoga. Day on 21st June with teachers, students, and parents. The session was held in our school ground in presence of Incharge madam. All participated eagerly in various asanas which were followed by omkar chanting. Warm-up exercises, and sitting and standing asanas were performed. The benefits of yoga were explained and experienced as follows.
They help in improving concentration and in attaining inner peace. It helps a person improve life physically, mentally, and spiritually as well.
