Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav
- GMHS MANIMAJRA initiated Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration with Teej festival on 11th August 2021 where students performed folk songs and dances commemorating the glorious 75 years of rich cultural and traditional Independence In-charge. All were persuaded to participate in National Anthem recitation at http://rashtragaan.in
- GMHS, MANIMAJRA observed International Youth Day on 12 August ,2021 credited it to the Young Martyrs of Indian Independence Struggle . Role Play of Freedom Fighters was done by students to pay homage to their contribution to India @ 75.
- GMHS, MANIMAJRA celebrated World Organ Donation Day on 13th August ,2021 by poster making to spread awareness about the importance of organ donation and address the myths related to donating organs.
- GMHS, MANIMAJRA celebrated 75th Independence Day on 15th August, 2021 by hoisting the Flag in school premises in the presence of Mr. Jamaaludin, SMC President . Patriotic dance and song was performed by students. In-charge Mrs. Bharti Vandna motivated the students to become a responsible citizen.
- GMHS, MM celebrated 19th August, 2021 as World Photography Day, a day to pay homage to the history of photography, celebrate the present and leave a positive trail for the future commemorating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Students enthusiastically participated and prepared photo frames.
- Awareness Campaign was organised by GMHS MANIMAJRA on Akshay Urja Diwas about the developments of renewable energy in India, celebrated on August 20 every year . The Indian Ministry for New & Renewable Energy Sources initiated Akshay Urja Day in 2004.
- GMHS Manimajra observed ‘Sadbhavna Diwas’ on 20th August, 2021. This date is been celebrated as Harmony Day every year on the occasion of birth anniversary of Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi. On this occasion, a Pledge Taking Ceremony was conducted in which the staff and students ( online and offline ) of the Institute took a ‘Sadbhavna Pledge’—taking an oath to work for the emotional oneness and harmony of all the people in India regardless of caste, religion, region and language. In-charge addressed to the importance of harmony at Educational Institutions.
- GMHS, Manimajra has organised events evolving the role of teachers since Independence on 22nd August 2021.
Shivam of Class 8th presented a poem on the above-mentioned topic.
Heena and Shama presented the journey of teachers from independence to Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
- GMHS, Manimajra organized a write-up on lesser-known heroes of Indian Independence including Annie Besant, CR Dass, Virthalbhai Patel, Hazrat Begum On 23rd August 2021.
- GMHS, Manimajra organized a presentation of the heritage of India through music and dance events.
